In the event that the 2nd party fails to pay the installment on time, the contract is canceled on its own without the need for warning or caution, and no refund is paid, and if the seller relaxes in delivery, With an amount of 50,000 Egyptian pounds as compensation, this compensation is not subject to judicial control except in its application with the entry into force of the rest of the terms of the contract.
